Only what is needed to deliver your order.

Information used

We use your delivery email, Stripe Checkout session identifier, purchased product and payment status to fulfil the order, prevent duplicate fulfilment and provide support. Stripe separately processes payment and billing information under its own privacy notice.

Why it is used

The information is required to perform the purchase contract, deliver the private link, keep basic accounting records and protect the store from abuse. It is not sold and is not used for marketing unless you separately opt in.

Storage and retention

Order records are stored outside the public website. Download links expire after seven days. Accounting and transaction records may be retained where the law requires it.

Your choices

For an access, correction or deletion request, email orders@scottysystems.it.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal or accounting purposes.
